Thank you for visiting the online home of the Cascade Striders Youth Running Club. We’re based in Bellevue, Washington in the Pacific Northwest region. Cascade Striders has been serving our eastside youth for over 30 years and is affiliated with the USA Track & Field Association (USATF). We offer recreational, developmental & competitive spring/summer track & field and fall cross country running programs for boys and girls aged 5 and older. Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate as well.

The Cascade Striders will be hosting their annual track meet on Sat May 30th at Sammamish High School. Participating teams are requested to email their registration to meetdirector@cascadestriders.com by 10a Friday, May 29th (please send a roster that includes athlete’s first/last names, gender, DOB, events, and club name). Team payments can be made with a single check/cash payment (preferred) - individuals are cash only.
Day-of-meet registration will close at 9a. For more information please review the Meet Flyer.

There will be a parent meeting in early June to discuss the upcoming Junior Olympics. However, we ask that you fill out this entry form and return it to our club secretary (Sharon LaSpada) as soon as possible. Please fill out the top of the form–do not fill out your athlete’s event section as we will do that for you–and make sure both you and your athlete sign the bottom. Even if you are unsure if you will be attending the JO meets, please fill it out and return.
