Cascade Striders

Thank you for visiting the online home of the Cascade Striders Youth Running Club. We’re based in Bellevue, Washington in the Pacific Northwest region. Cascade Striders has been serving our eastside youth for over 30 years and is affiliated with the USA Track & Field Association (USATF). We offer recreational, developmental & competitive spring/summer track & field and fall cross country running programs for boys and girls aged 5 and older. Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate as well.

This weekend’s meet scheduale is posted here.  Remember to read the announcement e-mails for information about athlete expectations, parent volunteer tasks and registration for Regionals.

Please note that the meet on 6/14 will be at South Kitsap High School (in
Port Orchard) about 1 hour 30 minutes drive (or Ferry ride) from
downtown Bellevue. This is a very fun meet but it is a bit further away than the other meets of the season. For some of our athletes, this will be the last meet.
